NOTHING IT’S A SCAM! BEWARE!

This property/unit is a scam! I booked this because of its convenienced to the distance to MOA arena. Upon check-in the contact person informed us to contact a certain person to meet, in a totally different building (shell residences) and then that person in charge at shell informed us that we were reffered by our initial host there to be transferred, I cannot do anything by that point but to agree cuz we needed the room. But once we were checked-in and payment was settled the person in charge at shell informed us that the rate/payment on shell is different from the one we initially booked and so we are forced to pay the difference cuz we were threatened that we will not have the room if we do not pay the additional fee. I’m not sure if this is a modus of both host but i really felt scammed by this set up! We feel like we should only be charged by what we initially booked. Because the transfer is not our fault. The original host and the shell host should have both compromised for the inconvenience they caused! The room is not even worth the money! Not well maintained cockroaches and spider webs are everywehere. I read from other reviews that this kind of situation happens almost to all. So i do believe this is a scam so that they can charge people more for the room! PLEASE BEWARE!
