The location is good near the mall

The reception is so crazy, just telling need authorization letter badly without asking how to get and where, and not knowing that my friend doesnt know about it and i am the connecting to tge owner, they should do thorough questioning and give conplete needed instructions. Reception is not for costumer service, not all clients know everything they require. Bad approach... And tge owner asked for 2,000 additional payment just because my friend said its small and need bigger... 14k - 16k pesos already a good price for renting, and because my friend is looking for flat iron, she asked again 500 pesos....

The room is cold. The water pressure is good, Nothing else.

The room smells burned food, I don't know where is the smell coming from.The washer is not working, The room is not clean, there are small dirt on the bed and on the whole place, the use of pool has a payment, the coupon that i bought from the staff of this property is unusable due to that the coupon for my dates are not applicable due to holiday, so you have to pay for another to avail. Be cautious on booking this place because there is a service fee that you have to pay on the top of the total of this app. We will not recommend this place.

The cost is affordable and at walking distance to the Mall of Asia

The advertisement of the cost of room. It was advertised in Booking.com as PGK 167 for two nights, with is almost Pesos 2,500, however I paid Pesos 4,500 for a room for two nights. I took it as false advertising.

we were so disappointed because the location we booked was changed on the same day that we will checked in,Bedsheets are torn , towels are not comfortable to use , we tried to ask for flat iron but it didn’t come.Staff who owns this unit are not accommodating.

The thing about this place is that it's few minutes from MOA and also few minutes drive going to the airport.

They have hidden charges we paid double when we got to the place.We can't even use the swimming pool. the place is not even clean at all.. I saw so much hair on the floor.There was no toilet paper no hair dryer...At first he take as to a very small studio unlike to what I booked... then he send us to an apartment more likely to a place that I booked...because I complained a lot. But still it was not properly cleaned...

I just like the bed and pillows ..it smells fresh but blankets are not enough and the flat screen TV is great..the place is also quiet

The kitchen utensils are not to standard its old and dirty and not enough to use I stayed for 1week, the table is too small, the couches are broken and there's IPIS crawling on the floor
