There was a different smell whenever you enter the room

The place is nice and clean. TV, Electric kettle, induction cooker, plates, cups, utensils are available. There's a nearby convenience store.Host is responsive. Overall experience is just OK.

1. NO HOT SHOWER 2.Waited 1hour to check in. Unit was not yet ready, they are still cleaning when we arrived. Call in advance so they can prep the room. 3. We reserved a unit at Sea residences with a better location and with swimming pool but we were transfered to S residences, no pool, no hot shower. In front of the building looks like an abandoned barracks òf construction workers,quite scary.

We were not able to avail a unit despite our reservation. We kept on calling the staff/contact person asking for updates but she always cancelling our calls. We send text messages but no reply. We waited at the lobby until 5:00 pm but she didn't show up. Then at around 5:13 pm, she texted that she's sorry... "sorry po madam kanina pa po ako naghahanap ng unit kaso wala po talaga madam." So that's it.She didn't show up until the end.

we didn’t even get to stay here because the host didn’t show up on our booking date, I kept calling and calling and when I finally reached her. she said that it’s sold out?? and she’ll try to find another room for us. and then when I left because I’m already so pissed, she then said there’s an available room for us, and she said where am I because she said she’s been calling my name on the lobby. wow, way to ghost us and to gaslight us at the same time. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS ROOM!!!

I was told that the room was over sold after waiting for 30 mins to check in. Then, the staff took me to another location by taxi and charged me 30% more than my original reservation price. (for better view and place, which I didn’t need) Communication with the staff was difficult.
