The suite was lovely, everything you needed and a perfect location.

Don't think anything could have been done better

Online it said it included breakfast. There was no breakfast. We went to our room at 3 o’clock. A staff member barged in and scolded us claiming we checked in early and she would notify management. When we got to our room, we immediately read the binder and saw that check-in was 4 PM. She told me I should have read the emails. I went through all of my emails again after she left and there was nothing in it about 4 PM check-in. But there was an email I sent March 24 requesting to check in between 2 PM – 3 PM. Zero response. So her unwelcoming and in polite Introduction as well as no breakfast available like posted, we will never stay there again or we recommend it.

The bathroom is way too small. It does not even have a place to hang the hand towel! Hooks on the wall outside of the bathroom would help.We booked a 4 night stay, and only 2 small rolls of toilet paper were provided. Mattress needs to be replaced..it is mushy soft. Explanation of how the heat works would have been good The key to the front door is very difficult to use. You have to turn really hard to the point that you are concerned about breaking the key and push on the door at the same time. Also, 2 different times as I was exiting the door, I found it open. As people were going out, they thought they were closing the door , but the stiff lock was not relatching. During the night, I could hear people struggling with the key to get in.
