Al Mare Apartments

Very clean apartment with stunning view from balcony. Room cleaning service takes place every MON -WED-FRI. Very close to Afandou beach bars with sunbeds to rent. I especially liked the garden infront. Also plenty of parking places behind the building. Moscito nets mounted .Overall, perfect place to stay on this part of island.

Matrasses are quality made but not what I am used to. Rather hard. But cant say it's a cons of any sort, just a matter of personal preference. Electric kattle would have been nice. Other than that, everything perfect.

If you like calm, not crowded place with long wild beaches this is a good place for vacation. Friendly staff.

Apartments were situated in beautiful tranquil grounds containing seating and loungers where you could sit and relax. The cafe sold delicious food, coffees and drinks. Georgiou the owner was very kind and always available and helpful

As we didn’t have a car, it was quite remote. Afandou town was 2+km away with no public transport and few taxis.

Our stay was truly exceptional! Everything was spotless, and the staff was amazing—friendly and attentive to every detail. The host was the best, waiting for us until the early morning hours due to our flight delay without any hesitation. The location is perfect, with the beach just a minute away across the street, making it incredibly convenient. The café was fantastic, with great coffee and a beautiful ambiance at night. The view from our place was spectacular! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back!

This is the second time we have come to this hotel. When we first came 2 years ago, we said we would stay in the Afantou area and the locals said that one of the most beautiful seas and beaches in Rhodes is in the Afantou area. We really loved both the sea and the beach. The temperature of the water and the clarity of the sea are wonderful! As for the hotel, it has really delicious food and a friendly staff. They are very helpful in every way. Both our previous visit and this one, we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the basic supplies in the rooms, there was nothing missing. Everything in the rooms was fully functional and clean. Thank you very much for everything.

We had a wonderful vacation in Greece and would like to share our experience. The sea here is absolutely stunning, with crystal clear water and breathtaking views. The wide beach is perfect for long walks and relaxation. It was especially nice to have a snack bar right on the shore. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive. As it turned out, all the employees are members of one family who own the hotel. Yuri, the owner, was ready to assist in any situation with ease and confidence. He provided us with valuable advice on enjoying the sea, places to visit, and where to shop. His two daughters worked at the bar, always with a smile and a willingness to help. Yuri's parents, early risers, took care of the cleanliness of the area, adding a special charm to our stay. Every morning they watered the flowers and kept everything tidy, creating an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. A cup of Greek coffee on the terrace with the sound of the sea and the hustle and bustle of Yuri's caring parents provided a sense of safety and complete relaxation. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean, with a convenient layout and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, our vacation was excellent, and we are very grateful for the hospitality. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!

Yuri also told us about the harsh winters they experience, with large, destructive waves. We sincerely hope that nature will continue to protect this beautiful corner of the world and its wonderful inhabitants.
