Great for families, kids pool was a godsend. The entertainment guys Jan,Luckasz and the life guard Angel were brilliant with the kids,always a friendly smile. Really nice guys. No night time entertainment,despite the facilities being there, otherwise we would have stayed in the hotel much more. Was very clean throughout the hotel. Service in the outdoor bar could be quicker.

The hotel was amazing for our big family of 11 who stayed here. The best part was the 2 entertainers and lifeguard. They were so welcoming and fun for the kids and really cared for the kids safety too. We defo recommend for families. We would have loved some entertainment in the evening as we would have stayed in the hotel more in the evening if there was some evening entertainment that’s the only downfall.

We stayed mid June for 7 nights. Rooms very clean and serviced daily. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Restaurant and bar offered great choice and not overly priced. Great atmosphere around the pool. Pablo kept pool spotless and maintained high standards. Angel, the life guard, was on hand daily always helpful and smiling. The animation team, Lukazs and Jan, were brilliant. They kept the entire poolside (young and old) entertained on a daily basis. They had a great way of encouraging and including all. They were always smiling and even with their busy schedule they always found time for a joke with the children who approached them. Hotel is approx 20 min walk to center of town and Santa Ponsa Beach. There is great choice of restaurants and bars enroute.

The property was in a great location, a 10/15 minute walk to the beach was perfect for us, all the bar staff and lukasz from the animation team were amazing, super friendly.

During our stay, we wasn’t impressed with the reception staff unfortunately. We thought they were rude to us on multiple occasions. Things like denying us help with the safe that we paid for immediately when we got there. Wouldn’t sell us water bottles even though you could see lots of bottles in the room next to reception desk. It was me and my 2 friends, all boys, ages between 20-24. Where we followed all hotel guidelines and respected the property at all times, but unfortunately we felt unfairly treated throughout our stay.
