Everything was great

No evening entertainment or bar area, contact less payments at pool bar a headache especially when you have cash to spend, room once sofa bed was out was so small you couldn't get past in the evening to go to the toilet

Stayed here for a week with family, 21st May-28th May. Great location, about 5 min walk to the sqaure with has some bars and restaurants then a further 15 mins to the beach front. Perfect kids pool with a slide and staff very friendly. Food and drink from snack bar was reasonably priced for a self catering hotel. Lukaz the entertainment guy was brilliant. He was on his own but got everyone involved with all the day time activites. Great energy, always smiling and happy. Our 3 year.old even got involved in mini disco for the forst time, even though shes been on a few holidays already. My only negative was we stayed in room 202 on the second floor and the maids weren't the most attentive and the room never got brushed while there, just clean towels and beds half made. We never got fresh bedding in the week we was there. Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Tommy, Laura, Jack Topless, Mia and Daisy-Rae

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another fantastic stay at Globales Costa de la Calma. From the moment you arrive, the team do everything for you and make the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free with such a friendly welcome. A special mention has to go to Synthia on reception, who is absolutely amazing — we’ve known her for years and she always goes above and beyond to make our stay special. The whole reception team are equally as great, always friendly, professional, and happy to help with anything you need. The bar staff are fantastic and the drinks are always spot on. The snack menu is varied with plenty of choice, and the food is very good throughout the day. The daytime entertainment is brilliant and keeps the atmosphere fun and enjoyable for everyone. The rooms are spacious, and very comfortable. Overall, a wonderful hotel with an amazing team that keeps us coming back year after year. Highly recommended! Jimmy & Christine McMillan
