We come to santa ponsa every year and we usually stay at holiday centre, we decided to book here as it came well recommended from friends of ours, without a doubt the best hotel we have stayed at, the kids absolutely loved the kids club lukaz is amazing with the children, every staff member has been very welcoming and accommodating we enjoyed ourselves that much that we extended from a week to 10 day's, we will be back thank you

Zadbany hotel, przestrzenne i nowoczesne pokoje. Sprawna klima, codzienny room service na dobrym poziomie. Basen i leżaki to dobry dodatek :)

Rakiety tenisowe są w opłakanym stanie, a obok jest publiczny bardzo dobry kort tenisowy. Poprawcie to koniecznie!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, das jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war sehr angenehm und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Costa de la Calma. L'endroit porte parfaitement son nom : c'est une zone très calme, idéale pour se détendre. Nous avons également été agréablement surpris par la propreté des lieux et l'atmosphère paisible. Un excellent choix pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter de Majorque loin de l'agitation.

Super clean and well equipped room, pool area was lovely and the pool was a really good size! Good selection of food and drinks at the pool bar and super friendly service there and from reception. We arrived 4 hours early for check in and there was a courtesy room with a shower and bathroom to store luggage and freshen up. Santa Ponça strip a 15-20mins walk away with great bars, restaurants and beach, and there’s a bus stop 2mins from the hotel so very accessible by public transport as well. Only thing I’d say is if you’re looking for a romantic / couples getaway, it is ultimately a family friendly hotel so there’s lots of kids and a disco in the evening that you can hear from the room. But overall didn’t take away from our time there too much :) also although the room had an equipped kitchen, there was nothing to clean dishes with and these weren’t cleaned with the daily room changeover so dishes were sat in the sink for the duration of our stay - also there wasn’t tea or coffee in the room, which would have been a nice touch. Overall would really recommend for an affordable, clean and friendly stay, only some super picky things about the room! :)
