Good location rooms very clean and spacious staff were friendly kids entertaining through the day as excellent snack bar food was absolutely amazing.

Stayed here for 4 nights 20-24th June 2026 We had 4 adults 2 children in a one bedroom apartment which had one bedroom and two sofa beds. Even with the sofa beds both pulled and left out it was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower had a rainfall shower and also a handheld and bathroom was fairly modern and very clean. The entertainment here is fab for a self catering hotel. Both my children and my husband made use of the entertainment. The staff running the entertainment are great with the kids and overall very friendly! The hotel was a great location and seemed to be 8 minute walk to everywhere we wanted to go (the square, the beach etc) We went out for breakfast first day and then discovered how nice the food was in the hotel and we never went out again.

The online photos are completely fake compared to reality. The hotel is filthy and deeply neglected. Upon arrival, we found hairs in the bedding, the bed clothes was tornand, the bathroom itself was covered in mold.To make matters worse, they squeeze money out of you for absolutely everything. We paid a ridiculous 230 EUR per night for a studio room, yet basic necessities were not included. They charge extra for towels, using the room safe, and they even have the nerve to charge you for the luggage scales, also you must pay for washing machine and dryer. In short words, if you pay 230 EUR per night, this is ridiculous to ask pay extra cost for all other small services. This place is not worth this money.

The hotel was generally clean and well maintained. The children's pool was a great feature, and the entertainment staff did a good job keeping kids engaged.

However, the service was inconsistent. Different staff members provided different information, and important details were often not communicated unless specifically requested. It was also disappointing that guests were charged for almost everything, even for using the luggage scale (which was not working). Considering the hotel costs nearly €200 per night, this felt unreasonable and did not match expectations for this price level. Overall: A decent family hotel with good facilities for children, but guest service and value for money could be improved.

Great for families, kids pool was a godsend. The entertainment guys Jan,Luckasz and the life guard Angel were brilliant with the kids,always a friendly smile. Really nice guys. No night time entertainment,despite the facilities being there, otherwise we would have stayed in the hotel much more. Was very clean throughout the hotel. Service in the outdoor bar could be quicker.

The hotel was amazing for our big family of 11 who stayed here. The best part was the 2 entertainers and lifeguard. They were so welcoming and fun for the kids and really cared for the kids safety too. We defo recommend for families. We would have loved some entertainment in the evening as we would have stayed in the hotel more in the evening if there was some evening entertainment that’s the only downfall.
