We recently stayed at this hotel with our 10-month-old baby and overall had a really lovely experience. The hotel was spotless throughout, and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent — very close to the square, restaurants, and everything we needed, which made getting around really easy with a baby. The studio apartment was well equipped for self-catering, and we appreciated having everything we needed to prepare simple meals. The beds were very comfortable, the balcony was a great size, and the travel cot provided was really helpful. One of the highlights for us was the small children’s pool, which was perfect for very young children and gave us peace of mind while our little one enjoyed the water. A few things to be aware of: if you are booking a studio apartment with a baby, the space can feel quite tight. With the three of us plus luggage and the pram, it was definitely a squeeze at times. The room itself was nice, although the bathroom could do with a few touch-ups and minor maintenance improvements. Also, the drop-off point being down the street made arrival and departure a bit difficult, especially when pushing a pram and carrying cases. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for families with young children looking for a clean, friendly, and well-located place to stay.

We purchased this holiday at a bargain price and had low expectations of the hotel but we were really impressed. The room was nice and very spacious with a massive balcony. Hotel spotless everywhere. Staff very friendly and efficient. Quiet and peaceful. Food and drinks were decent, if a little on the pricey side in my opinion. Lovely swimming pool. We know and love this area already and it served our needs well. A good 15min walk to main beach or strip but theres plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. As well as a lesser known small beach area. We were away without the kids on this break and happy to go out in the evenings trying different bars and restaurants in the area therefore the fact that there is no evening restaurant, entertainment or bar didn’t affect us. This was a great base for us for the type of holiday we wanted and had everything we needed. wouldn’t hesitate to return again in future

This hotel is suitable for singles, couples, and families. They offer a variety of facilities for everyone and are conveniently situated near the main square. Additionally, it is peaceful.

I use this hotel and no other, from the rooms to the workers to the food its just brilliant. Its a bit of a dander to the strip but not far if mobile enough.

Very spacious room with a kitchen and a balcony right in front of the pool. Clean and comfortable.

The couch as the extra bed could be better

We have just returned from a wonderful 6 night stay at this lovely hotel. From the minute we walked in to check in to the moment we left the staff were absolutely amazing. A special mention to Natalie who helped organise our upgrade on the first morning to top floor, 1 bedroom apartment very quickly and efficiently. Also special mention to Tahsin who was always extremely friendly and helpful and even rang the local restaurant to chase up where our take away we ordered. The bar and food staff were all very friendly and the food in the pool restaurant was always cooked fresh and great portion sizes. The entertainment staff were so pleasant and looked amazing with the children that were there. The hotel is spotless and the apartment was refurbished to a nice standard. The only negative was the air conditioning for the hotel was only on heating mode. There are some nice restaurants nearby and the bus stop is just up the road to go into Palma. Over all a great hotel in a quiet area.

Nothing on indoors when raining. Kids disco was 20 mins should be an hour minimum. Pool should be left open until 7.
