Recreation area

No hot water for cleaning or showering purposes, look warm at best. Misrepresented on booking.com, showed stunning apartment with beautiful facilities it was bland, tired looking and rather mediocre at very best. Location was acceptable. Definitely not value for money

"Overall everything was good except for the above"

We expect wi.fi no washing machine .there was work in the apartment next door to us Kango hammer,drills hammering for three days not very pleasant

View from tarace its lovely

Staff didnt was helpfull at all in reception office room was different then in adverts pictures. Should have 2 big tarraces when we arrives was only one small tarrace

1st time in Tenerife and me and my son I had an amazing time, all the staff were absolutely friendly and so helpful , especially thanks to Edgar for being down to earth. I will definitely recommend it and we will be back next year .

Check in could open a bit earllier, like lunch time, apart from that , we were happy with our apartment.
