Very quite location in Golf del sur. 5 min walk from the marina and a supermarket with also pubs nearby up the road within 2 mins walk including irish bar, shops and chemist. The hotel has many stairs and a bit of a maze so was a hassel with buggies as there are Stairs down the pool area which we had ti life down the stairs.. Pool was heated a bit which was a life saver. Room was a nice size and clean . We had a large balcony with sunloungers. Washing machine in room. Hotel gave us an extra cot for the babies and also an extra single bed to the room for our 2 year old which was great. Overall good stay and good apartments but the area was a bit quite for us.

We enjoyed our stay here. However would not return as my damage deposit of 50 euros has not been returned to my bank account as promised. I have contacted the receptionist and he was very helpful in trying to chase this up for me, but we still have not had the deposit returned after three weeks now. The apartment was left very clean and tidy with no breakages. This has left me very disappointed and feel robbed.

Absolutely nothing

Absolutely everything, very dirty , all over , bathroom a disgrace, broken outdoor furniture, dirty bed linen, broken safe , broken toilet seat, I had to wash all dishes and glasses & cutlery ect, shower head disgusting, we did not get the the apartment that we booked, it was advertised with walk in shower as that is what I need to use ,shower curtain kept falling down , 24 hr customer service never answered, complaints ignored, booking Dot Com were helpful , but could get no response from the property, a complete and utter disgrace.
