Apartamentos Albatros Golf del Sur Tenerife

We ended up in three different apartments before we managed to get one that was to the standard we expected and did not have any problems. The first one, you could not swing a cat in the bedroom and there was NO wardrobe, shelves or cupboards for clothes. the second one - water was dripping through a light fitting in the bathroom and paint flakeing off from the ceiling, so problem for some time. We spent 2 only nights in a apartment that was of a acceptable standard ie superior and paid over £700. We want a full refund or a free week as compensation - dont you people check these places out first ? VERY POOR

Very clean and excellent seaview over the complex and pool.

Check in was supposed to be 15.30 but the apartment wasn’t ready until 17.00 which if we did have relatives to hold our luggage would have been a pain.

The room is spacious with nice and big terrace.

The reception operates only 4 hours a day, so if you need assistance or have any issues, you’ll have to wait for the staff to arrive or contact them by phone. WiFi is not available in the room, despite it being listed on the booking. The apartment does not match the photos provided; the sofa was broken, and the dishes and coffee maker were dirty, making them unusable. The lightning in the bedroom is not working. There was no soap in the bathroom, and the ceiling was falling apart. Room cleaning is not provided, and towels are not replaced during the stay. Overall, this place requires significant renovation, especially given the price.

Location and the flat is a good size.

Uncomfortable bed, TV not working and flat wasn’t clean on my arrival. I had personally cleaned the kitchen and toilet but full of cockroaches everywhere and very poorly cleaned. ( fridge full of old ice, glasses and mirrors full of marks, corners not been cleaned for ages, balcony doors full of marks) surprisingly unclean property.

Location is good .
