A bit noisy student environments

The room is incredibly cozy, clean and beautiful. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay, the room has a convenient layout, and they even left an umbrella at the entrance! I also liked the self-check in/check out system. With the help of a QR code, you can enter the hotel at any time and no staff is needed. I traveled alone and felt super safe and comfortable here.

It may be a problem for some people that the audibility in the room is high. But my neighbors were quiet, and there were earplugs in the room, although I didn't even need them.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean and fully renovated. Just 7 minutes by tram from the very center or five and 6-10 euro by taxi, and close to Jurmala thanks to the railway station 10 minutes walking. Closer to the airport than downtown.

Everything is just brilliant.

- Cozy, atmospheric, park-like location. Little difficult to find, but it was worth it! Hotel was well equipped, literally. Laundry, gym & some room-area for leisure as well, for those who like. I was busy outside. QR-coded outdoor, keys for inside. Info available in the lobby office on weekdays during office-hours. - At the lobby there was also a kitchen (!) with dishes, large HD-TV at the sofa-area and excellent coffee-machine for special coffees like latte and espresso etc., among other things. Excellent bathroom-toilet in the very clean room. No stove, but I didn't need it - micro had a grill-option. Kitchenette with kettle. "Window-open" (typically) air-conditioning, so beware of flying insects at the summertime. One big came in like a torpedo after sunset and we had a fight (lol!)! I kept window only slightly ajar - day and night. Wi-fi worked well. Waste containers in the fenced, paved courtyard. - One of the top-bargains I've ever been. -

Nice and big and modern studio, perfect for two, with kichenette and large bathroom. Even Netflix. Efficient self check-in. All in all quite enjoyable.

Low water pressure in the kitchen. My bed collapsed after three days, after that I slept on the floor. Our studio was on the ground floor and visible for passers-by.

Overall ok for a short stay.

It was very loud. The building is so poorly soundproofed that you hear everything your neighbours are doing, including talking, coughing etc. There has been absolutely no sound isolation installed. The doors are built to close automatically causing extreme noises as well.
