-Someone with a key opened my locked door at 7 a.m. in the morning when I was still sleeping and it woke me up. I meant to give 9 at the rating but this is an intrusion of privacy and completely unacceptable so it costs 2 points. (They thought I didn't notice) -The heating in the bathroom only works with a 60 minute timer. -Showerhead was not flexibel which would have been fine if it hadn't been pointed to the wall, so most of the water was running towards the wall and not where you stand in the shower -If there was a stovetop added to the kitchen, it wouldn't be necessary to use the common kitchen, which was left dirty by other tenants (I had to clean a pan before I was able to use it because they didn't wash their used kitchen equipment) -If you sleep with open window, it's very noisy from the passing trains. But when it's closed, it's fine.
