"Bad"

The temperature in the room was 30'C. Toilet did not flush. The shower did not have cold water, impossible to regulate, it started at HOT and continued to BOILING. It was only possible to change the room on the second day, reason - no on who was able to approve it was on the premises.

"Hotel with studio rooms, friendly staff and economic price in good location"

The hotel room is more like studio. There is a combined kitchen with fridge, sink and simple kitchenwares, and enough drawers and closet for storage. The bathroom is private and clean. The room is very designed and facilities inside are pretty new. The location is close to a small gross shop, a tram stop and bus stops. It's very easy to go to the old town and city center by buses or tram. The environment of the hotel is very good. Close to several really nice parks. It's usually peaceful and safe in the surroundings.

The sound isolation of the room is bad. I can hear my neighbor's sound clearly. Fortunately, there is a clear remind to keep quiet between 11 pm and 8 am. And one side of the hotel faces to train tracks. There are a few trains passing by during late evening and early morning. If you are sensitive with noise, you should mention this to staff when booking and choose room in the other side of hotel. The curtains are not fully light blinded. In the summer, the room is getting bright in the early morning.

The hostel's vibrant atmosphere and modern amenities made it a perfect base for exploring the city. I particularly liked the location which was also ideal, with easy access to major attractions and public transport. The Overall, Youthments offered a comfortable and enjoyable stay that truly enhanced my visit to Riga.

While there were some challenges with shared facilities, supportive atmosphere made it a great place to stay overall!
