В номере было душно +28°С. Кондиционера нет. Окна номера выходили во двор. Под окном номера расположен частный сектор с домами с печным отоплением и при открытии окна весь дым из труб валил в номер. Стены в номере тонкие и каждый чих из соседнего номера был слышен. В добавок ко всему, всю ночь шли ремонтные работы о которых не было предупреждения. Больше одной ночи не возможно было находится.

I stayed 40 days in the economy room. The room was small but well equipped and comfortable for daily living. Common areas were always clean and organized, with nice facilities like laundry, a gym, and a lounge with games and a big TV. The location is quiet with parks nearby and good public transport, though a bit far from universities and attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful the few times I needed them. A great choice for students and young professionals.

Appartamento ampio, con cucina e bagno interni. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Pulizia eccellente. Nelle vicinanze vi sono delle fermate dei mezzi pubblici, ma a Riga anche i taxi sono economici. A circa 1,5km vi è un grande centro commerciale, con ristoranti vari e supermercato. Vi sono altri supermercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze (entro 2km).

La mia camera, sebbene al primo piano, aveva le finestre all'altezza delle strate interne ad altri edifici. Questo limitava la privacy e il confort, visto che diversi studenti si mettevano a fumare nelle vicinanze delle finestre. Qualche problema con la rete wireless, che tuttavia è stato poi risolto.

I believe you get a great experience also considering the price you paid. Checking-in and staying created no problems and the facility was better than I expected. The access is a bit hard bit not much of a problem after getting used to the city. Would definitely recommend. Didn't really communicate with the staff during my stay however they look like nice people that are ready to help.

Unless you are too sensitive to sound -trains are not too loud but continues even at night (There are earplugs for that too)- or will get really late most of the nights I think there aren't clear downsides to this hotel and overall it's an enjoyable experience.
