Il lavello aveva straccetti in fibra per l'appoggio delle posate, più spugna, insomma attenzione ai dettagli. La vista della camera sul grande cortile boscoso, dagli altissimi tigli, sull'edificio abbandonato, vecchio stile e un po' fatiscente. Bell'ambiente, tranquillo, silenzioso. Il tram 10 si prende accanto alla stazione degli autobus (autostajes), sul secondo binario a cui si accede tramite sottopassaggio. Si scende alla 6a fermata: Satiksmes. Si imbocca di fronte Tornakalna Iela che costeggia un parco con chiesa luterana; si prende la prima strada asfaltata sulla sinistra, Indrika Iela, giusto prima delle rotaie della ferrovia. La casa degli studenti è collocata all'interno, vicino ad un altro lungo edificio. Biglietti e abbonamenti per i mezzi di trasporto dentro alla stazione degli autobus, alla cassa del supermercato Narvesen.

Il wifi debole; non riuscivo a connettermi. Ho pagato solo 33 euro a notte ma è un peccato non poter collegarsi, nelle stanze. Non è uscita acqua calda dal rubinetto e ho rimandato la doccia all'albergo seguente; forse se avessi insistito alla fine sarebbe arrivata?

Coming back to the accommodation during the night felt a bit scary due to the neighboring buildings and no street lights…

Bardzo ładny pokój, zadbany, czysty, aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony. Hotel znajduje się blisko przystanków autobusowych i tramwajowych, stacji kolejowej oraz sklepu spożywczego.

Ściany w hotelu są bardzo cienkie, słychać każdą rozmowę z sąsiednich pokoi. WiFi zdecydowanie za słabe.

The staff (Sintija) is so helpful and kind. Many thanks for that! I guess this is nice for people that like to socialise since they have common room to chat.

Die Unterkunft hat mir insgesamt ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind sehr modern, minimalistisch und gleichzeitig gemütlich gestaltet. Alles war makellos sauber und die Ausstattung war wirklich hochwertig – man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen.

Zwei Punkte sind mir jedoch negativ aufgefallen: Zum einen befindet sich direkt neben dem schönen Haus ein Gebäude, das verlassen wirkt und dadurch den äußeren Gesamteindruck etwas schmälert. Zum anderen wäre es wünschenswert gewesen, wenn in der Dusche kleine Duschgels oder Shampoo bereitgestanden hätten – so musste man sich alles selbst kaufen.

Great location with many commodities, room came with basic cooking appliances and silverware. And even a towels.

Only thing I wish that could be improved might be more outside lighting, towards the trash cans and the uphill. Other than that it's really a great place to stay in.
