I liked the room. Clean, comfy, cute, a good amount of space, with some comfort items and utensils provided. The shared kitchen was also clean and regularly taken care of. Management was responsive and provided a fan when I wasn’t comfortable sleeping with the window open since some wasp came to visit at night.

It’s a little bit out of the way from everything. I didn’t mind that it was far from the central but it’s about 20 min walk from gym and shops. There’s a small Maxima X supermarket nearby. Granted it’s a short walk to the tram that goes into the city in about 20 minutes.

Idealne miejsce dla osób podróżujących samotnie. Studio jest nieduże i skromne,ale schludne, czyste i wystarczające dla jednej osoby. Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Lokalizacja jak najbardziej w porządku. Tramwajem nr 10 można dojechać w kilka minut do centrum (Grecinienku Iela) lub na Targ Centralny (Autoosta). Powyższe przystanki pokrywają się z jadącym z lotniska autobusem 22 więc nie ma problemu z dotarciem bez taxi. Polecam aplikacje Mobilly do zakupu biletów, aplikacja, która jest rekomendowana na przystankach nie działa dla zagranicznych numerów. Bardzo dobre wskazówki dotyczące samodzielnego zameldowania. W budynku na dole jest pralnia, którą łatwo się obsługuje z aplikacji. Warto jednak wziąć ze sobą swoją kapsułkę. W pokoju jest czajnik,ale nie ma kawy. Herbata dostępna w kuchni na dole, można też na dole zakupić smaczną kawę w automacie za 1euro.

Ściany są cienkie więc słychać wszystko co robią sąsiedzi. W pokoju są zatyczki do uszu. Dla mnie nie był to aż tak duży kłopot, wybrałabym się tam ponownie:)

If you get from the city late, there is no lighting to get to the building directly from the station, and it's gets really scary, so that you have to walk more to the other side, so I guess that's something that should be changed

Такой чистоты и состояния помещения я, если честно, не встречала нигде! Это даже не удивление! Идеально! Немерено мебели. Всё закрывается само (тумбочки, шкафчики, ящики). Холодильник поразил размером для одноместного номера. Немного не хватало телевизора для фона, но телефон прекрасно его заменил. В номере свой чайник, микроволновая печь, посуда для еды. Вселение и выселение при помощи смс: указано, как войти, (прислан QR код,) ключ в номере. Уезжая, просто захлопнуть дверь Есть общая кухня, огромная, с посудой, посудомойкой и т.д. Везде по коридорам светильники с датчиками движения. Постель удобная. Трамвайная, автобусная остановки в пяти-семи минутах ходьбы. До центра 5-6 остановок, в зависимости от транспорта.Maxima там же. У меня нет никаких претензий.

The place inside looks pretty new and well mentained. The room was clean and comfortable. Thanks to the instructions sent by administrators it was easily accessible. Train stop Tornakalns is in 10 minutes distance by walk.

There is no lift. Walking to the place is a bit difficult because of the uneven sidewalks and cobblestone roads, so be careful with bigger suitcases.

Location was good parking super easy, love the coffee machine downstairs and also access to gym and laundry too. Nice kitchenette in the room and own bathroom. Super clean and easy to stay. Close to the tram stops and train station to get into the city is super easy.

I had no hot water for the first 5 days I were there because of a problem with some pipes in the neighbourhood which sucked but wasn’t the fault of this property so was outside their control. I also didn’t like how messy the common kitchen on my floor was every day and there were no sharp knife’s or utensils to use, had to bring all stuff from my own room just to cook.

The room was spacious. Considering it was a private room with its own toilet and shower, the price was very reasonable. Although I didn’t use them, the room came with an umbrella and earplugs. Two large towels were provided. There was a partition between the shower and toilet, so the toilet floor didn’t get wet. The room had a large desk, a closet, and hangers, providing plenty of space for storage and work. It included a fridge, kettle, microwave, and a small kitchen area. There was also a shared kitchen. I didn’t use it, but there was a washing machine in the common area, which apparently requires a dedicated app for payment and operation.

The property is a bit far from the city center. Tram No.10 takes about 15 minutes, but trams seem to run only 2–3 times per hour depending on the time of day (this should be double-checked). Fortunately, the tram stop itself is very close. The internet was unstable — sometimes exceeding 100 Mbps, but at other times not connecting at all. I was told that a 1 Gbps line is shared among 90 rooms, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who needs a consistently stable connection. During my six-night stay, there was no hot water for four days (all but the first and last day), which was quite inconvenient. It might have been an exceptional case or outside the facility’s control, but since no explanation was provided, I can’t say for sure — still, I feel obliged to mention it. There are only a small supermarket and a café nearby, so it’s not very convenient for meals or shopping. You’ll generally need to head into the city center.
