Trece Lunas Tulum - Enchanted Resort

Clean, pretty, and comfortable. A lot of privacy. We disconnected in all ways that we didn't take pictures of the place. Amazing.

The way to get there, the road. There was dirt holes and really bad maintenance.

Cute place with a pool, spacious and very clean room. We received a code to enter the premises, therefore never met the host.

Make sure to bring some super strong mosquito repellent as they are everywhere in Tulum!

Beautiful, spacious, clean rooms with amazingly stocked kitchen and responsive, helpful host. Peaceful and relaxing oasis well away from the tourist hustle. Good spot to hang out if your vacation plans end up getting changed or cancelled.

Pool was dirty with foliage, I had been looking forward to a dip but it really didn't look like water I wanted to get in. There is someone who I saw cleaning the area in the morning though, so I think they DO try. (Probably not much they can do as there are a lot of trees around it, but this isn't your sparkling pool with a view kind of place.) Also, make sure you look at a satellite map before booking as there's a small amount of poorly maintained road to go over. It holds water, so can be a little problem getting out in a low clearance car or ton of rain. I didn't have trouble, but am also confident on dirt roads. But, it's a VERY short segment if you follow the arrival instructions.

The road to the hotel from center is not well paved

The aparthotel itself is amazing. Really private, the rooms are nice and the pool is great. The lady who manages it is also extremely helpful.

Unfortunately the area is quite bad for power cuts and we were left without WiFi and air-conditioning for hours at a time. This is really inconvenient because there is literally no mobile service in the area. The roads are not as bad as people make out. We were fine in a small car, you just need to drive slow.

The room was very nice and the bed was really comfortable. Nice to have a pool there.

The cleaner avoided ANY contact and never looked us in the eyes or said hi. We found that very rude.
