Muangthongthani Rental/Khun Dan

This is our second time staying at this condo and it was our first choice coming for the concert at Impact. The arena is a 10 minute walk and is super convenient. We were 4 people staying in a 2 bedroom condo and it was really comfortable. All the amenities are as mentioned and our stay was perfect, thanks to Dan. If you're attending a show at Imapact don't think twice and book this!

The place was very close to Impact Arena, just a 10 to 15 minute walk, which made it incredibly convenient for us concert-goers. The owner was very accommodating — even though our flight was delayed and we arrived the next day at 3 AM, they still welcomed us without any issues. The space itself was very spacious and relaxing; we went straight to bed and slept comfortably right away. It’s ideal for four people, and since there were only two of us, it felt especially roomy and comfortable.

No major issues so far. Providing amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer would be a helpful addition for future guests, but it wasn’t a big concern for us.

It was my first time staying in an accommodation that doesn't function like a hotel for a concert nearby. The check in process was smooth for me as I was able to communicate beforehand of my trip and arrival to Mr.Dan who came to meet me even before my arrival time as notified on the Booking.com website. On the contrary, there is no deposit required and overall the location is good due to the abundance of food you can get nearby aside from your typical 7-Eleven that's about 5 minutes walk! It's also about 5-7 minutes by GrabBike to the Impact Arena/Challenger venue which was the sole reason of my booking. Two beds are provided even for a solo traveler like me that is well equipped with pillow, blanket and towel. There's an well operating fridge and microwave with plates and utensils for you to use, as well as a closet with some hangers. The bathroom is a bit small but it functions all the well for me. Just keep in mind that since the keys were passed to you by the property owner/renter upon 'checking in', if you opt for any early check out or just generally, I left the keys on the table in the apartment with the property unlocked as advised and I took a video to make sure everything was left in the condition it was in when I first came in.

There's nothing short since the accommodation is priced to how it is and is comfortable for my short stay! It's not much to nitpick aside the fact that there may just be roaches on the ground floor heading to the lift area of the property level. It is also a little confusing since the property is located at T9 but there are four corners marked as T9 though the property owner/renter shared a picture where the main entrance is at! (For reference, it is the T9 entrance facing the mall and has a wheelchair ramp whereas other T9 entrance is either darken/unoccupied/has no wheelchair ramp). If you're also taking a grab from the DMK airport to the property you may locate this place under 'Popular Condominium' and in the subcategory you can choose the drop off as 'T9' and remark it to be the one facing the mall.

Location was great. Easy access to food, 24hr Aeon supermarket in the mall across the road. Relatively covered walk all the way to Impact Arena.

Didn't expect staying in a low-cost flat. Local area hygiene is not the best. Look away if you cannot do cockroaches as the streets around this area are infested by them. Heater was not working, and had to shower 1 night in the cold. Props to the owner who fixed it first thing next morning, but arrived without giving a heads up lol.

IT IS JUST AN 1 ROOM APARTMENT - WITH KITCHNETTE ATTACHED TO THE ROOM. THEY PROVIDE WATER KITCHENETTE IS WIHT FRIDGE , MICROWAVE AND KETTLE. GOOD OUTDOOR CITY VIEW ROOM - FLOOR 9/ ROOM NO52 BUT VERY FAR OFF FROM THE LIFT.

BATHROOM IS VERYVERY COMPACT AND NARROW.

The room is bigger than I thought, it's very clean and comfortable to stay (not hot), nearby us Cosmo bazzar and aeon mall 24h so don't worry if you come back late and want smt to eat. The staff is not very good at English but very helpful. It's only 10 min walk to Impact stadium so if you plan to go to a concert in here, this apt is for you

The bathroom is old, and no shampoo and shower gel available, but it's ok.
