Nice apartment

It was some insects in the kitchen sink. It was not enough pillows and they don’t have iron.

The place is very near cosmo bazaar and outlet stores. If u are planning to watch a concert /or any events at impact arena, this is a cheap and good value for ur money. This place is also near lots of food areas so u cant go hungry.

I saw a very small cockroach once on or 3rd day stay..

Very kind residents, I felt welcomed and enjoyed living among Thai people. Also, property was Very close to mall and shopping, train was a short trip by GRAB.

"Proximity and Value for money"

Comfortable and Clean Apartment, though in an old building, but overall value for money. Most importantly its next to Cosmo Bazar with a great food court and all essentials available in 7/11 and Supermarket nearby making it a very convenient location.

Just that the apaprtment was old, and did not get a feeling of staying in a hotel.

booked the apartment because I'm attending a concert at Impact Arena, if you don't have business around impact, might look somewhere else because the access around might be troublesome. the area is near DMK airport, and only took me less than 30 minutes to arrive at the airport. you will get asked for a deposit on your first day, but they will return the money when you check out. the room is quite big so you can share it with 2/3 person, they provide water bottles, extra blankets, and pillows. There is a 24-hour supermarket and 7-11 across the building, a food court inside Cosmo Bazaar, and everything is within walking distance. the bathroom is average Southeast Asian size so it might be small for others but overall it's quite a good experience, the staff was super helpful and can be contacted through line/WhatsApp. overall I had a good time, so thank you very much Khun Dan for the help
