Nice size 2 bedroom room 5 min walk to impact stadium, great choice of food in Cosmic Bazaar opposite hotel. Use carpark next to seafood restaurant only 50THB all night

I was there for a concert in Impact, the location is amazing! For starters, Impact is only 15mins walk away. Along the way there are shops such as 7-11 and there's even a hypermarket opposite that operates 24/7. It was very convenient for me to get food and essentials. Mr. Dan is very friendly and helpful, the bulbs in my room blew out at night. I contacted him immediately and he came to help repair them fast. The room only provided towels and toilet rolls as the amenities but its okay for me, as other items can be purchased from convenient shops. Definitely recommend if you are going to concerts in Impact!

The location is only near to Impact, its far away from central city of Bangkok, about 1 hours' drive.

The check in and out was pretty smooth, we reached the place around 8pm and was able to get in our place less than half an hour later. The reception was a tiny shop front so you have to pay attention to the number (11), in front of the store was two small zebra statues. Place was very clean with lots of natural sunlight, making us feel safe and comfortable. There were many water bottles provided jn the fridge! Best was the location, 15 minutes walk to the Impact Challenger. 3 minutes walk to Cosmo Bazaar which was right across the road. 7 eleven, Watson, Eon, SF cinema and a large delicious food court was all within reach. We had a pleasant stay!

The bed and pillows were a little hard (we slept on top of the comforter) and the toilet flooded if you take too long of a shower.

This place is extremely close with Impact Hall, it’s good for concert go-er. Not to say that there’s a aircond cosmo food bazaar beside it, you can get any necessary thing you want over there

The room 952 is not clean especially the bathroom. There are lots of mold on wall, the water heater and basin, i doesn’t really feel comfortable when seeing so many dark spot in bath room. There’s ant, sometime small cockroach in the room.

Only the location as it is closed to COSMO Bazar. Mr. Dan was quick to answer whatsapp messages. Security deposit was fully refunded after minutely checking of all the things.

1. Security deposit of THB 4000. It was not mentioned in the booking terms and conditions. We were not sure whether it will be fully refunded as per the behavior of care taker (Lady, she was very rude) 2. Cleaning was not ok. At many points we observed unhygienic. A lot of dust at some places as it was not cleaned since months. 3. No doorbell at main gate. 4. Only microwave and electric cattle was provided in pantry, no toaster. Electric cattle only able to warm the water but unable to boil. I asked for induction to cook noodles in one apartment out of 4 apartments I booked for my family and friends but it was strictly denied. 5. Only 2 small cups, 1 glass for water and few small plates were provided. Even knife was not provided. 6. No exhaust fan in bathroom. 7. It was very difficult to find the entrance of the property. 8. I do not recommend as it was not value for money. The quality of items was just satisfactory not good. 9. It is very far from main city. Huge money expenditure to go to main Bangkok city. It is 45 KM from Swarnbhumi Airport.

Near to IMPACT Exhibition Hall. Local food and amenities are very convenient. Prices for food are very reasonable.
