Chateau Orleans

I liked the coded entry. Short walk to bourbon street cvs/walgreens, karaoke/ pool tables at the Garage bar on Conti, and good food. The bike taxies wilk take u there for cheap from casino or even Jackson square. Room service doesn't bother you during your stay unless you request them. The rooms are actually apartments with mini frig dishes 2 burner stove and coffee pot. No sugar but they have some at the coffee station near the pool though👍🏽

Minor complaints. No biggy. There is no tv in the bedroom. I was a group sooo... Can hear people and lound music from cars all day and night. I wasn't bothered and I slept on the let out which was so big I never let it out👍🏽, so I can't tell u if it's comfy Sorry, in the room off the patio but 1 off the other roomies was bothered so I mentioned it. We stayed directly over the pool during Mardi Gra so I think it would be fine in the off season. Oh my toilet was right up against the left wall not the greatest for a claustrophobic leftly but not a major issue... just leave the shower curtain open to create open space feeling. Shower is huge.

Excellent property that I'd recommend to anyone, excellent locations for Mardi Gras

Our stay was excellent. The host were very sweet and helpful. Location was perfect, 2 blocks from Bourbon. Close enough and far enough. Would def recommend. Pool looked inviting, just too cold, wrong time of year.

Love the ambiance of the chateau. Great location and very comfortable room. Staff was great. We'll be back!

Stairs were difficult. Bed uncomfortable. Glass fragments under bed and bed on wooden blocks.

I loved the studio with the pool view and staff were very nice.

Loved the location! Right in the heart of the French Quarter easy to walk to everything! We had a very dramatic antique king like bed and beautiful chandelier with a sofa and excellent tv choices. We were on the first floor which walked right out to the pool - a treat in the city! Very quiet and relaxing setting. The host was very friendly.

There was a towel bar that was broken in the shower area but we wondered if that had happened recently because we were staying the week after the Super Bowl.

Overall the property was wonderful. Vintage authentic New Orleans architecture. The one bedroom apartment was comfortable, spacious and had a kitchenette. There’s a quaint little courtyard with a pool. The only downside is that this particular room was street facing on the first level. I could hear every car and person walking past. The walls are pretty thin. I had to walk a block or 2 for Uber pickup . However, I had a lovely stay and would book here again.

Cannot say enough about this property. It is close to Bourbon but 2 blocks away to be very quiet and private. The unit we had was on the ground floor and it was spacious and had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and great to work with. They helped us with transportation to the airport and had free coffee and pastries every day. They have a great pool but in February we didn't take advantage of that. Secure coded gate to enter and exit so we felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again. It is a hidden treasure!!!!!
