Very friendly and accommodating staff!

Great location-nice to have the kitchenette- bedroom is real small- tiny walking area -to Gr in/out of bed. It’s a great location for French quarter activities and close to canal st also-for street car access. It is very noisy if your room is on street side-can’t be helped-its just old wwindows close to street lead to noise. Property has free laundry option-great to have but bring your own laundry soap-there’s none available onsite. We will try to stay here again next time we are in NOLA.

We loved everything about this property! Two bedroom was a little quirky with a spiral staircase and we loved it! The one-bedroom was a little more in the luxury side. We were 6 adults celebrating Christmas together and loved the location…perfectly situated in the French Quarter! The staff was wonderful in the front office and the groundkeeper, and the housekeeping…very friendly and accommodating! The property was lovely with the pool (though was a little too cold to swim).

There were many things we loved about this resort. It had great New Orleans charm and location. 2 blocks to Bourbon St. We loved the charming courtyard and pool (although too cold to use on this trip) We loved the coffee station set up in the courtyard. The couch and one chair were very comfortable, one chair you could feel the springs in it. The vinyl on the kitchen bench seat was peeling but still comfortable. The kitchen could have been better equipped. No serving dishes or colander .The spiral staircase was a bit of a challenge and the only bathroom was upstairs. The mattresses were the worst ! One you could feel the springs popped and you ended up in the middle like a taco and the other one was just HARD. Linens were decent staff very friendly and helpful.

Very quaint and well located

Pool villa was terrible. Bedrooms were so small, had to climb over each other to exit. Bathroom had tiny sink and sliding toilet. Kitchen was smaller than an RV kitchen. Oven broken the entire time there. Stairs to upstairs not secure. No indoor place to eat or congregate for more than 3-4 people.claims to. No hot water for a whole day. Property manager moody and difficult to approach. Overall, this is not a vacation property. Positive side was pool, hot tube, and location, but did not make up for poor accommodations.

The staff, the location is near smaller bars and 2 blocks from the Quarter! We are repeat customers.

Given the age and construction of the building there isnt much soundproof.

Great option for staying in the french quarter with large rooms, though it can be noisy at night if you get a room facing the street. Rooms can feel dated, but have an old-school charm to them. Really friendly staff
