Sunset Sorrento Phu Quoc

Our stay at Sunset Sorrento was super cool. All the people at the front desk were amazing, especially Anh who is a ray of sunshine 🌞 The hotel is value for money, beautifully decorated and we had a nicd street view. The câble car is not far from the hotel, as well as restaurants and shops. We will come back at the end of the year ♥️

ホテルはとても綺麗で可愛い部屋でした。 アメニティは歯ブラシくらいでほとんど無いのでシッカリ用意しておきましょう。 お水は一人1本ありました。 Wi-Fiは比較的繋がりますが、テレビは繋がりません。 カード払いだと手数料が掛かるので注意してください。 ランドリーも2人分を2日分で120,000ドン程だったので、急いでる時はお願いしても良いと思います。 スタッフはとても親切だし、女性スタッフは英語が堪能です。 部屋にもよると思いますが、ケーブルカーも見えるし、21時30分からの花火も見えました。 立地はとても良くケーブルカーまで徒歩10分も掛からないし、宿泊費も安いのでとても良いホテルだと思います。

Очень уютный отель. Большой номер. Все продумано до мелочей. Много розеток в разных местах, большой шкаф, большие тумбы. Места для вещей точно хватит. Хорошо продумано освещение от яркого до тусклого света в комнате и в санузле. В санузле душ и ванна. Окна выходили на тихую улочку. Завтрак предоставлялся в кафе рядом. На выбор из 6 блюд и множества напитков. Все очень быстро и вкусно.

Все понравилось. Ну только не хватало крючка для полотенца рядом с раковиной.

Отличное расположение, всё было супер!!!

The view of the fireworks was excellent. The room was clean. Ang was very obliging. The aircon and shower worked.

Nobody met us when we arrived at the address given in Booking, and eventually we were informed that we had to move to an apartment in a partially built residence, literally at the top of the town, called “The Hill” - and it lived up to its name. The apartment was on the 4th floor of 19. It was extremely small, and had ONE spoon, ONE knife, ONE fork, ONE bowl , ONE glass and ONE cup. We are a couple …!!! No room for a table. One of the balcony chairs was broken; there was junk on the balcony and an open wire sticking out of the bedroom wall. Thete were two bathrobes on day one, which disappeared on day two!!! The rooftop pool - the reason we chose this place - was closed. We were told that we could get a card to go next door to swim. When we did so, it was massively overcrowded, with THREE sunbeds (honestly) for OVER 500 apartments. Half of of the poolside area was unbuilt, just broken concrete. Everyone we spoke to was angry at the lack of provision. The staff in the residence were extremely rude and unhelpful. An example of their “excellent” customer service was a full, blaring FIRE DRILL at 9am on Christmas Day!!! They evacuated the whole building. We would NEVER book here again. Be warned!
