I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were always available to answer my questions and help me with anything I needed. The hotel was very clean and well-organized. My room was comfortable and tidy, and the common areas were always clean and welcoming. The hotel's location is also a big plus. It's close to all the main attractions, so it's easy to get around and explore the area. You can walk to many restaurants, landmarks, and entertainment options. The best part is that the hotel is very affordable. They don't charge too much for their rooms, considering how nice they are and how helpful the staff is. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would like to give a special mention to the receptionist who checked me in. She was extremely professional and supportive throughout my stay. She went out of her way to help me with any questions or concerns I had, and her friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and at ease. I would like to express my special thanks to her for making my stay so enjoyable. Her professionalism and kindness are a credit to the hotel, and I appreciate the excellent service she provided.

This hotel advertised a swimming pool it does not have a swimming pool there's no water, toilet rolls replenishment daily or clean towels and room cleaner tho it is a nice clean spacious room i think you could get something without a pool for less also when booked children stay for free but then tried to charge extra because i had a child

The location was perfect – quiet, peaceful, and very relaxing. The room was wonderful: new, modern, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast at Jana Cafe was a real highlight, with delicious options that made every morning enjoyable. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made us feel truly at home.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Nice location, close to cable car. Spacious apartment. Good breakfast in cafe nearby with kind staff.

There are no shelves in the bathroom where you can put shower gel or shampoo, also there are no curtains next to the bath so all water are splited to the floor and no mop to wipe the floor. Fridge was dirty, with some leftovers from previous guests, i told this to the staff and they tell that they will clean it and never did. Also, please keep in mind that there is no kitchen stuff, except burnt frying pan and curved knife. When I wrote this to the reception they told that there shouldn't be any tableware because they are hotel)) so why then kitchen exist there?)) it is more than strange))we bought some flatware to make even a salad, so be ready to do it too) or choose another apartment.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to everything.

Nicely decorated rooms but there was a moldy unpleasant smell in both our rooms (and in the elevator as well). Signs of black mold in one of the rooms and I assume they have problems with the ventilation. Strings of dust hanging from the roof, a few smashed mosquitos on the walls and a lot of dust under the bed. The pool is located 800 meters from the hotel but there is a free shuttle provided by the hotel. However, not fair to hide this info in the ad. While checking the photos you naturally assume that the pool is located on the roof of the hotel.
