Sunset Sorrento Phu Quoc

The location is perfect. It' s at the end of Sorrento, which I liked. Maybe a bit more quiet. The room was very big and nice.

Unfortunately the room smelled weird. So I had to keep the window open at night. And the mosquitos felt just welcome to join me and bite me. This has nothing to do with the Hotel. But Sorrento is a very touristy place. Coming from the north of the island, I had a bit of a culture shock. If you like it more quiet and rural, it's not the place to stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable—close to all major attractions and public transport. Clean, comfortable rooms made for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

There were quite a few mosquitoes in the room (when we arrived, the window was wide open, which is weird for such a tropical destination…). And randomly, one of the housekeeper’s sons just came into our room and started jumping on our bed. Very bizarre lol but when in Rome I guess

Comfortable beds and very friendly family that either own or manage the property. Great Location - quiet, but a couple minutes walk to the main square. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

First of all it needs to be explained that all pictures on booking are a mix of 3 locations. The hotel itself is in the Sorrento area but the swimming pool and gym are in different location (not far) in the tall buildings (names the sea, the hill). The staff will show you where it is. Tip - they are closing aroun 8 so you can watch the earlier show from the top of the building. The sunset restaurant is located on a night market on the other side of the village. They serve breakfast but from the restaurant across the hotel. The design of the room is amazing. Beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. There is a lift in a building and plenty of space for your bike outside. Nice sitting area just outside of the hotel. Air-conditioning perfect.

No proper cleaning of the room. Dirty floors and we had to ask twice for toilet paper. The service staff only gives you a water unless you ask for cleaning but you have to specify what need to be done. Plenty of mosquitos in the room when we arrived. Smell of drainage from the bathroom but it's common in the area. No tissues and no proper coffee/tea set. Overall it was good
