Fist off some positives about the property: 1) large rooms 2) location is good although tbh anywhere in Suncity is a good location as everything is walkable

Lots of problems: 1) shower completely floods the bathroom every time you shower - really annoying! 2) TV doesn’t work 3) WiFi is horrible! I had to do work and kept having to change between their two networks both of which are horrible 4) For some reason the hotel attracts a lot of families with babies - be prorated for screaming children 5) there is no cleaning service although you are given the card to put on your door to clean the room (no one came) 6) bed is really hard and pillows super uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep So too many issues would recommend somewhere else!

The location was great. Had great restaurants and shops in the area and also easy to call a taxi at non-peak hours if needed. The room is also located in an area that’s generally quiet at night. So I didn’t have any trouble sleeping and the bed was quite comfortable too.

Kettle wasn’t clean and had rust when checked in, so had to ask the staff to clean it. Staff was very responsive and approachable when it comes to any requests. Also, when I wanted the room to be cleaned, initially I used the door sign provided in the room but seems like the staff don’t actively check the signs. So I had to request it personally. I think it’s fine but would be a lot better if this was mentioned during check-in.

Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen, huoneet siistejä ja hyvin hoidettuja. Asiakaspalvelu oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta, mikä teki majoittumisesta erityisen miellyttävää.

Majoitus oli kokonaisuudessaan mukava, mutta huonesiivouksen käytännöissä olisi hieman parannettavaa. Puhtaita pyyhkeitä ja wc-paperia sai tarvittaessa pyytämällä (samoin lakanoiden vaihto), mutta olisi ollut kätevää, jos ne olisi täydennetty automaattisesti. Pienellä hienosäädöllä palvelusta tulisi vieläkin sujuvampi.

I like the balcony can see firework and also the infinity pool.

I don’t like the infinity pool always close, so we hardly can benefit from swimming, they don’t refill the amenity like towel and toilet paper, everything you need to ask them then they bring, although I know they are like Airbnb but still one need to get a new towel each day that is basic, we use a lot of toilet paper and I always need to ask for more so at the end it’s easy I get some in supermarket, they charge more like a hotel but don’t offer hotel service.
