LIvadi Studios with Pool

The Llvadi Studios are perfect for a couple or family who are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Kostas is the perfect host who provided us with lots of local information and made us feel welcome and at home. The studios were spotlessly clean and new towels were provided every two days or so. Llvadi Studios is a very short walk away from Lakka which is a friendly village with lots of tourist shops, bars and restaurants. The studios are surrounded by beautiful gardens cultivated by the amazing Kostas.

We found no fault with any of the facilities.

We loved everything. Great location, easy 5min flat walk to centre of Lakka. Near a supermarket. Beautiful shared gardens & pool with only 7 other apartments, private balcony, spacious and well equipped studio. And Kostas is a wonderful, attentive, friendly, professional and super organised host. I hope to be back!

Stayed for one week, we had a wonderful time. Kostas (the property manager) was very helpful, collecting us and dropping us off at the ferry port. He also suggested we see the sunset at Plani beach, which was one of many highlights for us. Our villa was clean and comfortable, the garden is lovely as is the pool, both very well maintained. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with lots of peace and quiet, where the only noise you will hear is the wonderful summer sound of the crickets, then Livadi studios are perfect. When you are ready to venture out - the center of Lakka is a mere five minute gentle stroll. We would not hesitate to go back both to Lakka and Livadi studios.

The swimming pool to be open until at least 20.00 hours, which has been the case in every villa we have stayed in (currently 18.00) according to the sign by the pool. As it is nice to be able to cool off when you get back to the villa after you have been out for the day. (which of course is the case many times, during your stay)

Lovely pool good location

The Livadi Studios are fantastic. Wonderful pool, lovely rooms. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings and only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Lakka. Kostas was a fabulous host and made us feel very welcome and looked after.

There was nothing not to like!

I’ve been travelling for more than 10 years and Kostas is one of the most hospitable and helpful hosts I’ve ever met. The facilities are located 2’ walking distance from Lakka and 12’ by car from Gaios. Our room was spacious and clean. We didn’t swim in the pool, but other guests seemed to enjoy laying in the sunbeds around it. Kostas gave us valuable information for every question we had, whenever we had it.

It’s not that it had a major impact on our vacations, but the shower could be a little bit more spacious. However, the water pressure was surprisingly really good so that made up for the shower’s size.

The perfect place for us. A spacious studio in quiet beautifully kept gardens and pool area, set in an olive grove a few minutes walk out from Lakka 'centre'. The studio also has terrace space for table and a couple of chairs front and, back depending on whether you want sun or shade. The very clean pool and patio area has sun loungers, parasols and a comfy seating area peppered by well tended colourful planting and pots full of beautiful flowers, making it feel such a quiet relaxing place. Lakka itself has a good choice of small tavernas and, despite being a little bigger than initially we maybe expected, it still managed to feel small and a perfectly chilled out place. We were met off the ferry (with ice cold bottles of water) by the perfect host Kostas, who got in touch soon after we booked to offer any help and answer anything we could think of to ask. He made the stay that bit more relaxing just by being so friendly and helpful that you were happy to ask him anything.

Everything was good.

A delightful, small, peaceful complex set within beautifully tended gardens. We loved the well looked-after pool which we often had to ourselves and the fact it was very close ( 5 mins walk on the flat) to the lovely harbour of Lakka but far enough away from the crowds to be extremely quiet. This an exceptionally well managed set of studios and the manager, Kostas could not have been more caring and helpful. A gem!

Simple kitchen - but adequate - and who wants to cook on holiday in Greece.

Fantastic location just a few minutes stroll from the village. Lovely spacious rooms, great pool, very peaceful and outstanding cleanliness. Above all, Kostas is an amazing host, so welcoming and helpful, nothing too much trouble and a great sense of humour!
