LIvadi Studios with Pool

the pool and beautiful garden!! swimming with views of trees and hills. a quiet location but very short walk into Lakka. comfy bed. Kostas the manager was so helpful. he really took his time to answer all our questions, gave great tips on beaches and restaurants. he really seems to care about the property and the well-being of guests.

Livadi studios are a lovely little oasis, just a short, flat walk from Lakka village. Calm, very quiet, pretty gardens and fabulous pool. The host, Kostas, works hard at looking after the place, and is always around for a chat, or to sort out issues, or to drop and pick up his guests from the port. Kitchen and bathroom were basic, but functional! Bed was a bit hard, but they usually are in Greece, it's fine. Aircon was perfect. Thank you Kostas, you were the perfect host, hope to see you again next year. From Mrs Linda!

The studios were spotlessly clean and comfortable and we all enjoyed spending time by the pool. The location is perfect, an easy walk into town but very quiet. Lakka is a beautiful village, the bars and restaurants were excellent and the food we had during our holiday was superb. Kostas was the best host, always available to make sure that we were ok and having a great holiday. We were very grateful for his help when my daughter needed to see a doctor.

Very clean and spacious. Very close to Lakka which was a cute village with cafes and restaurants. Also very close to nice beaches

Host was amazing, he escorted us from the port all the way to the studios, gave us pointers to the best beaches/restaurants/bars of the island, treated us with his homemade raki and was in general very sociable and on call for whatever we needed. The facilities were in an excellent location, with comfortable parking and pretty affordable as opposed to the average in the island which are steeply priced.

The place was perfect for us. We wanted something relaxing and easy to access the island. For that, this place really is ideal. And furthermore, Kostas made the trip feel like you always has someone there if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place and again Kostas is one of the best hosts we've had.

Everything was great, from the location to the conditions and the helpful menager of the studios

The room was perfect and spacious with good ac and 2 balconies, one with a table and chairs overlooking the wild olive trees in a natural wood area. The garden around the pool was well kept with lemon trees and flowering plants. The studio is 3 minutes walking distance from the shops in Lakka and a brilliant bakery, a laundry and a supermarket for fresh food and wine and ice.

Bed mattress was very hard and not comfortable.
