LIvadi Studios with Pool

Close to Lakka center but in a quiet location and it has a pool

Beds were a little on the firm side but that is personal preference

I thought Livadi Studios were going to be a cheap and cheerful option for our trip to Paxos. Before we left the UK the property manager, Kostas, had contacted us to arrange our transfer from the port in Gaios to the Studios. When we arrived at the port Kostas was waiting with chilled bottles of water. He provided us with an itinerary with recommendations for restaurants and beaches. On the way to the Studios he gave us a tour of the island. The Studios are in a great location, a short stroll to various restaurants and beaches. The Studios have everything you need...aircon, fully catered kitchen, two outside sitting areas with furniture, plus things we didn't expect - a hairdryer, insect repellent plug, iron, shaving plug in the bathroom, coffee plunger, etc. The pool area was fabulous! Much better than expected with flowers, new sunbeds and parasols, and various seating areas. The Studios were quiet, everything was clean and working, and Kostas was available to answer questions and provide recommendations 24/7. Absolutely amazing!

beuatiful place, great location within walking distance to Lakka village with all its tavernas and bars but yet country feel. higly recommended! Kostas is an amazing host that organizes everything for you.

The location is very good and just a very short stroll into Lakka. The owner was very helpful.

Shower was quite small but worked perfectly

The planting by the pool was superb. Kostas worked hard to ensure that everything was to a high standard. Mila was fastidious in keeping poolside and rooms clean and tidy.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Beautiful peaceful appartment hotel, Located just at the footsteps of Laka village. We had the appartment in front of the lovely swimming pool, which was very nice. The appartment has everything we needed. The distance to the village is only 2 minutes walk, where there are supermarket, bakery and lovely taverns and shops. We rented a car for our whole stay which turned out to be not useful at all.. there is no need to rent a car in advance. There are plenty of cars to hire just in your footsteps at the Laka village. Kostas the host is lovely and a pleasant person to talk to. He will also pick you from the ferry port to the hotel and will do everything to make you feel welcomed and safe (Thank you Kostas for the late checkout :) Looking forward to comming again in the near future !

Nice big room,good kitchen,new mosquitonets,good bed. Lovely garden and pool area. Good location. Nice staff,Kostas helped with everything,even arranged a dentist when i needed one :)

fab place, perfect location, very clean, great pool, everything we needed, we loved it! Kostas was super helpful. would love to come back
