Kamon Inn Toji Higashi

Helpful and friendly staff, the room was very nice and clean. The hotel is in a good spot Kyoto station is near and toji is also nearby, and it is quiet neighbourhood

Easy check in, considerate staffs who let you leave the luggage at the stay before check in time. And also help to move luggage into the room. Free washing machine to use! Room B was spacious with separate toilet and bathroom.

Sound proofing needs improvement. Can literally hear people at the next room coughing and doing stuffs.

Easily located walking distance to the station. Good facilities with shared kitchen and laundry. Easy access with codes.

Such a lovely place to stay! It’s self check in, the rooms are spacious (compared to what else we have had in Japan) the beds are very comfortable, everything is immaculately clean and the staff were very kind. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the train station and there is a bus stop 2 minutes up the road which we used to get all over Kyoto. We didn’t want to blow our budget on a super fancy hotel and this was just fantastic for the price. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends. Thank you, see you next time!

Ok. But what is the hotel name in English? Nice table and 2 chairs for eating.

If you give the kettle and two cups, you could at least give one spoon. With a convenient dining room table in the room.Why not put in a couple of plates and forks? One of the two beds was a little hard to get into

The Hotel staff gives us chocolate for thanking us and he is very friendly. I can wash my clothes for free and everything just great and excellent. We are very happy and definitely will be back staying with you again when we visit Japan next time. Arigato gozaimasu 🫶🏻🙏🏻😃
