"A very dirty, tired and unkempt unit."

Location was very good. Check-in process was fast.

1. The wallpaper was peeling. The walls had black stains on it. 2. The sofa had water marks and stains. 3. Once entering, the unit had a stale air stench. 4. The toilet had mould and a foul stench coming from outlets. The shower screens were dirty. 5. Difficulty exiting carpark because the system scanned the VEP rather than access tag.
