Las Mimosas by Wynwood House

The property was located in a very quiet and safe housing district in barranco, which is a bohemian town with plenty of good restaurants and art galleries, and right next to Miraflores.

2 ceiling lights above the dining table were not working in the apartment, the parquet floor outside the toilet was water damaged causing the cupboard next to it to smell funky, including the hairdryer that was stored inside it. The wifi was also not working during our stay and was not fixed even though we had requested for repairs. To get to the apartment one would need to climb up a short flight of stairs to access the lift. Can be difficult if you have heavy luggages to manage or are in a wheelchair.

Location was good. Very walkable

Hot water in the shower only lasted a few minutes. Electronic kettle was broken to make tea and so was coffee machine.

El departamento no tenía señal de celular por ningún lado , no había cómo comunicarte ni ingreso de llamadas, compensó eso el Wifi pero si necesitas llamar y estar comunicado esto es altamente perjudicial para todo , me complico mi estancia con el trabajo , el agua no salía caliente más que un minuto y de ahí enfriaba , vinieron disque a arreglarlo pero no lo consiguieron , como fui en época de frío tuve que ir a otro lado a bañarme, el calentador de agua para tomar bebidas tibias tampoco Funcionaba , el departamento tiene muchas cosas que mejorar y realmente básicas. Siempre confié en la Calidad de winwood pero esta vez me fue pésimo . La Calidad de todo en este departamento y de sus servicios me dejó un sin sabor

Estaba todo excelente, el depto era amplio, limpio, luminoso y moderno solo que al momento del check in nos entregaron el departamento mas tarde de lo acordado porque aún no lo limpiaban.
