- The cleanliness, the dirty smelly sheets - The humidity and lack of air conditioning or ventilation - The noise from neighbors and the street (quite literally there’s a weird piano sound playing from the apartment next door that does not stop. ) - The staff was very uncooperative and refused to edit my booking and tried to scam me

The neighbor practices piano starting at 7:00 AM on a Saturday morning. The host did leave one set of ear plugs. However, we were a couple.

Very comfortable unit in a great central location.

The place is in a great location, quiet, no traffic noise which I appreciated. The neighbours are pretty respectful and it's not a noisy area so you can get some sleep! The place was not musty it was really nice smelled good and spotless. It's really really clean and well decorated. I especially loved the plants!!! It's a really nice apartment. It does have the basic amenities for a kitchen and nice modern appliances, everything seems like new. Good condition compared to some aparthotels. It's very secure and friendly reception, easy to get to as well! The elevators need a key card and there is 24/7 security so you can feel safe. Neighbourhood is very clean This place would be a great long term stay if you stocked it well.

The kitchen had bare bones stuff to use. You may need to buy kitchen items if you plan to cook. Nothing for the oven, no way to cook rice, there was one soup pot and a fry pan that's it. Only one (not so sharp) knife. Would have liked a tea towel and some oven mitts, I burnt myself a couple of times handling the pots. The internet didn't work while I was there which was frustrating as I was there on business and the cell service is almost nothing being in a concrete building. They need to replace the very old modem. Had a technician by (I think?) but either he didn't show up or didn't do anything. My modem was untouched. The hot water only lasted about 2 minutes for showers and I have no idea why. Could use more cleaning supplies in the room especially for longer stays than one or two days. Staff speak no English; fair warning to bring google translate!

It was an unpleasant experience, I can say for sure we will not book again for sure. It’s just a one room and all our staff must be in our suitcase because closet smells awful. As we were staying for one month we had just ones cleaning, and that is not a big problem we can clean after ourself, but they leave just two towels, and because there is no washing machine in the apartman neither in the building, we must leave the towels and beddings in laundry and waiting 2-3 days to being ready. It was just one glass for drinking water, when I ask for one more they said that they will check and nothing, never come back with an answer. Also, when someone coming for cleaning be at home and all your valuable things hide it don’t put on visible please, because I have lefted without my engagement ring.
