The property was clean and so cute!

The fire alarm on the other side of the floor kept chirping. The town around the place was loud. One night a neighbors dog barked so much! Other than that the place was great! The extra fans helped drown out the extra noise.

The apartment is new, and has what you need. Nice neighborhood. Portable AC is in the closet, but efficient at providing some cooling.

The Check in process. The premise was unable to accommodate me on holding my bag before 1230pm. I was there around 830 am and left to the wait in the streets with my bag after an overnight flight to Lima. Absolutely nothing changed at 1230pm, but then I was allowed to leave my bag in the open with the security desk. The property management company did not want to coordinate with their cleaning services to let me know as soon as the room was cleaned for a possible earlier check in. When arriving at 3:30pm for the 3pm with an "auto check in" code, provided for the apartment door, the security under instructions from the property management company made me wait until 4:15pm to meet a Courrier transporting by scooter, with the keys. The elevator required a card key and the door had a digital lock and key lock. Not sure if the digital lock was operable but I was able to get up to the second floor without a card key, and possibly could have gotten there earlier. Anyhow, I feel there was no consideration for my situation, and poor accommodation with the check in process. To add insult to injury and my intelligence, there was a No Diving sign in the shower stall, down below to cover some hole in the shower wall. As professional as the staff may have seemed, it seems they have little versatility to deviate from their usual business. I doubt they would have any compromises for their tenants if something were to go wrong on their tenants parts. It seems like exploitation and bottom lines are more important than anything, after finding out that their security guards, which were very nice by the way, were doing 24 hour shifts. I'm sure there is some labor law in Peru, that prohibits such labor exploitation. I would doubt a security guard would be efficient in conducting their job, after working 20 plus hours. Seems like it was just for show.

Spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Great location, we fell in love with Baranco.

The pillows were quite uncomfortable, it's time to change them.

Beautiful, spacious, clean apartment in great location. Fantastic value (cheaper than a much dingier place we rented through AirBnB).

A bit further from the center of Barranco, but it’s a very pleasant walk overlooking the coast.

Clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, quiet and safe location.

We didn’t receive information about the entrance code on time and were under false impression that there would be some kind of balcony in the apartment.

The place is well located in a beautiful walkable area of Lima, Barranco, which is close to the turistic Larcomar mall of Miraflores.

BEWARE - They take your credit card outside of booking.com and then weeks after you leave they will accuse you of damages that you didn't make and then will go and charge your card additional hundreds of dollars in other to "cover" it.
