Nice apartment in a good area, bed was very comfortable. kitchen in the unit

I think the cleaning in the shower area can be better.

Overall great experience serving all my needs with attention to special requests, where most of them could be meet

the humidity within the bath room and its consequences have to be regulated better, also the water in the sink was going down only slowly

the internet wasn't working, but was fixed right away after messegging

The place is beautifully decorated and the beds are super comfy. Kitchen is fully equipped & internet was great. Super quiet for Lima and in a lovely neighbourhood. Shower was fantastic but hot water only lasted for 3 minutes maximum.

Checkin was terrible. No one responded to my messages and the phone number provided didn´t work. There was no internet or phone coverage in the lobby & the front desk staff didn´t speak english (which is totally fine, I understand we were in Peru!) But I had no idea why we couldn´t get into the apartment even though we had the room code & the booking had been accepted. Turned out the host had forgotten to leave the keycard for the lift with the doorman. Unfortunately me and my son had to wait for 2 hours outside in the freezing cold, trying to contact the host.

Very beautiful and clean apartment! Comfortable beds, nice decoration and everything you need in the kitchen! And Barranco is such a nice neighborhood!

Sadly the water turned cold in the middle of the shower, but I’m sure there’s a way to fix it, I just didn’t know how. We arrived late and the communication with the guard at the entrance was a bit complicated and slow, but we made it!
