Las Mimosas by Wynwood House

Great location, quality of beds and furniture. Lots of privacy and calm nights. Very luxury apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Unfortunately we had a power breakdown in the whole building 2 times, that lasted for some hours. The luggage storage is a bit far from the apartment building (20 min walk). There's a bit of a smell to some areas in the apartment/ smoking neighbor?!

This is an excellent place to stay if you want to enjoy what Barranco area has to offer. It's very comfortable with all you need to make you stay a great experience. The staff is great and very kind.

Be aware the parking is very narrow. If you are renting a car, get a small one as I did. You will be fine.

I wish the room had more than 1 garbage can (located in the bathroom).

Location

Apartment don't fit the photos. All equipment are new but not everything works. No possibillity to eat. Request to staff give a table which was on the photos was rejected. During 10 days it wasn't changing the towel, bed sheets, toilet paper and soap, but I paid for the cleaning service. The staff took the payment included VAT (I'm not a citizen of Peru and haven't to pay the fee). But when I required to return the VAT, they did it. Complicated payment system.

Booking.com and Wynwood House provided everything we needed for our stay. Every detail was considered. We could not have asked for more.

The location made Miraflores and Barranco equally accessible. The block had 24/7 security. The room was a good size.

the plants on the room divider will dead or poorly looked after. If plants are in a room they should be healthy. The room faced the rear of the property, giving a view over other apartments. Unfortunately it meant a lack of privacy. The blinds did nothing to cut out light. The light room and noise form neighbours made it difficult to sleep.
