Las Mimosas by Wynwood House

Pleasant neighborhood not far from the ocean, surrounded by bohemian houses, unlike the bustling atmosphere of nearby Miraflores, this area is quieter and less crowded, making it ideal for a relaxing stay. Plus, the neighborhood is filled with cool cafes, restaurants, and shops, all within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped with essentials: an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, full-length mirror, and a floor fan. The kitchen is fully equipped, although I couldn’t find any cutlery, that was a minor inconvenience coz I wantet to cut the fruits. The shower has good water pressure and hot water. A special thanks goes to the host for providing the complimentary shampoo and conditioner, which came in handy when my supplies ran out. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. I arrived late at night due to a delayed flight, and the host efficiently arranged for the keys to be handed over by the porter. Additionally, the complimentary water in the room was a thoughtful touch after a long journey, especially since it was hard to find open shops at that hour.

No A/C (but that was my mistake that I hadn't noticed it while booking)

It's a nice place in a good area, about 10-15 minutes walk from the main Barranco area but there is some small shops, coffee places etc. near by. You can walk to the seafront very quickly and the views are great. It was a nice base for our time in Lima.

The apartment looks directly onto other buildings so it can be a bit dark but it wasn't too bad.

I will definitely Return! This is a fantastic place that met all my expatiations and more. The Staff couldn't be more helpful and Professional! There is absolutely nothing that I can find wrong with the accommodation! I highly recommend!

Good comfy bed

The walls are paper thin and there is a lot of noise. The room has a musty smell due to no ventilation in bathroom. Staff asks you to fill out same information multiple times even when booked on booking.

Good location, safe area, close to the sea, parks. Spacious apartment in good condition.

Could do better with some maintenance.
