It's a terrible place to live! I tried dozens of apartments, but it was the worst option, and it was absolutely not worth the money spent. They take a deposit of 5,000 THB and do not warn that they will be charged for electricity, they do not warn about it! The photos don't correspond to reality, the rooms are terribly old and dirty.I was moved three times because there was something wrong in the room every time!The first time they put me in a dirty apartment with a view of the construction site, the air conditioner didn't work! They moved me to another room, and everything was old and dirty, even the toilet was dirty, I'm attaching a photo! We moved in for the third time, finally to a clean room, but all the furniture is old and shabby! You are given one card, and when you leave the room, all the equipment turns off, it is very inconvenient! As a result, I was charged 1,500 THB (45$) per week for electricity, only the air conditioner and TV worked, and I lived alone! Obviously, this is a hoax! No country has ever paid (1,500) 45 $ per week for electricity (!), this is a fraudulent company! As a result, you will give away a lot more money and get terrible living conditions.

Very friendly staff-our check out was early in the morning and we made it in advance. Surin beach near the hotel - the best beach in Phuket)

Unfortunately during our stay (1 week) there were not cleaning in the room

Good location, really comfortable bed.

Could of had electricity included in the price. Pool was always overcrowded.
