There is a kitchen and a rooftop pool, but construction is constantly going on under the windows and roosters are crowing.

This is the first time I've seen this, they ask you to pay for electricity before leaving the hotel. We practically did not stay at the hotel, constantly walked and did not use electricity, but they asked us for another 1000 baht. We didn't think that electricity in this hotel was so expensive, so we didn't have enough baht with us. We waited for the number to be checked and tried to extort money for all the breakdowns that came before us. The internet does not work in the rooms. They are cleaned only once a week. They asked me to bring toilet paper, but they didn't bring it before cleaning, but they always promised. They cause a lot of problems. So far, this is the itchiest hotel I've been to. Please note that they do not indicate the electricity bill on the booking! You are confronted with the fact already at the hotel that money will be withdrawn from Zoologa for your work. We paid the tax in dollars, so there were a lot of problems when we checked out.

The pool is amazing, great view from the bedroom.

Problem to check in, there wasn't WiFi on the sixth floor.

Great value for the price! The apartment is just a short walk from Surin Beach, which we think is one of the best—very clean water and a beautiful setting. The apartment itself was clean enough, though the kitchen area felt a bit old, and some plates and knives were not perfectly clean. The air conditioning worked well, and there’s a new washing machine, which was a plus. I rate it 8/10 because, for a perfect 10, everything should be flawless. But for this price, it’s a very good choice!”

Its location is near Surin beach, some minutes to walk to Top Market and 7eleven. The Audy restaurant opposite is good.

Faciities is not really good, has been downgrade a little bit. Sometimes it had bad smell on the common areas. Wifi in onw of my room was difficult to reach

The swimming pool has a nice view.

They charged our credit card with no warning while we were supposed to pay at the arrival. They didn’t clean at all, cleaning was extra. We also had to pay electricity as an extra - the price was more expensive than what we would pay for a month in France. They also asked for cash when we arrived for the caution, and didn’t take the card. When we said we didn’t have cash yet they replied to give them our passports instead. Staff is unfriendly and dismissive. Also do not speak English for most of them.
