The lady at reception is very helpful. Good location and o felt safe being a solo traveller.

There was a strong stench in the bathroom / shower after night one. The team responded to my request to look into it via WhatsApp immediately but I think they only put diffusers and air fresheners in to mask the smell. It go increasingly bad and I felt sick from going into the bathroom. I asked for a room change on the second last day but was not acknowledged. The building was probably a “modern” building when it was first built, but the pool and most things lack maintenance and is dated.

It looked very modern. The rooms were well equipped.

The Wi-Fi was quite slow and the air conditioning didn’t work properly in one of the rooms we booked. Also the glazing on the pool tiles are in poor condition. I rubbed my hands over one of them and got a minor cut in my finger. It’s quite hard to communicate this with reception with the language barrier.

Floor and coach was dirty. The air conditioner blew in a lot of nasty smelly air when you turned it on

Location, swimming pool

Checkin delayed by 1 hour. No help by phone or by messaging. (we called 5 times) Deposit 3000 baht. You have to pay for electricity on top (overpriced). Only one roll of toilet paper and one small tube of shower gel for 5 days. Overall, very poor value for money. We moved to MIDA resort. For the same price you have a luxury apartment with real service, 3 swimming pools and several restaurants in the complex.

Close to the beach

The pool was closed! Very disappointing

Comfortable bed.

Lots of noise from nearby dogs and chickens in the night and early morning.

Location is really good.

Very old and stained furniture, no cleaning, only if you pay, smell of the weed on the floor.
