La playa tranquila

Recamaras y baños sucias muy viejas las puertas cucarachas TV de las recamaras no funcionaron no Internetun desastre todo.

La ubicación fue excelente, practicamente en la entrada a la Isla. El acceso a la playa esta muy bien establecido y cerca.

El estacionamiento no fue suficiente. Para un condominio de 3 habitaciones, solo puedes acceder al estacionamiento con 2 autos.

It was close to the ocean.

That was supposed to be on the bottom floor instead, I was on the 2nd floor. Pictures are not on the wall good. Beds were uncomfortable air conditioner did not work properly was hot. Some TVS didn't work others. The speakers were so busted, you could not understand anything. Then on top of that, it had roaches. The brochure shows nice elegant place. But when you get there, it's more like section 8 housing, on the water

The unit was fairly clean. There were a few things that could be improved and given some attention to...such as repairs and furniture could be updated. A/C was wonderful and hot water was excellent!

The mattresses were uncomfortable. Furniture upholstery needs to be cleaned. The hallway bathroom was clean but the toilet would not flush and I called management and the problem was resolved the next day, so we appreciated that. A few of the outlets were not working near the living area near the TV. I would recommend the property management should do thorough walk through to insure things are working properly in between rentals.

I liked that it was close to the beach.

Condo A/C wasn’t too good, ceiling fan in master bedroom wasn’t working. They were doing construction very early in the morning several days.

The apartment isn't that nice. There were things that didn't work right. Things were broken, and it doesn't have a dishwasher. I don't think I want to wash dishes for vacation. They took my damage deposit, and I left it as it was. They haven't returned my deposit. I've contacted the owner, and he always says he'll send it to you shortly, but he never does.

Not much about the apartment, but the beach is close and private. There aren't many people, so that seemed very good to me.

The view was the best part of the condo. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Overall , I would stay there again.

The parking situation was not great at all. If anything, that would be the only reason I would not stay there again. I have family that likes to come visit when I am staying on the island. And parking was a big hastle.
