직원들이 밝고 친절하고 시설이 아주 훌륭하고 청결하였습니다.다음에 오르티세이에 또 방문한다면 일주일정도 머물고 싶습니다.

I enjoyed my time staying in this property. I traveled solo with my son and it's a perfect place to stay. Very clean, short walk to the downtown, both Seceda and Alpe di Siusi lifts, we even managed went to the public pool during the poor weather. The hosts are amazing and I appreciate they upgraded the room. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Well fitted out and car park was good to have . Staff friendly

9am checkout ( thought they did offer 10 after I questioned it ) Room size of 30 m 2 seemed wrong ( didn’t get an answer when I questioned this ) Sporadic traffic noise at night meant keeping windows shut at night ( luckily it wasn’t hot weather as no air con ) Washer 8 e plus dryer 8 e seems high

Convenient location and beautiful place

세체다랑 알펜 디시우스를 가신다고 하면 위치가 정말 최고입니다. 숙박 가격이 비싸다는 점이 단점으로 작용하겠지만서도 주차 및 이동소요를 고려하면 최고의 위치입니다. 짧게 머무르시면서 많은 것을 보고싶다면 여기가 최고이지 않을까 싶습니다. 세체다 주차장이 엄청 바글바글하더라고요. 근데 숙소가 세체다 케이블카랑 매우 가깝습니다. 숙소가 엄청 아기자기하고 조용한 곳에 위치하여 휴식을 취하기 좋습니다. 직원분들도 친절하시고 근처 데스파에 가셔서 식재료 사셔서 요리해먹어도 좋아요. 그리고 주차공간이 여유있어서 렌트하셔도 문제없습니다. 숙소가 ztl이 아니라서 맘놓고 가셔도 됩니다. 숙소 정말 좋습니다.

Very good location for visit Seceda and Alpe de Suisi. Nice staff and clean.

The smell in the living room/kitchen. There aren't any windows.

Perfect place to stay. Very close to the village centre, have very large rooms with a lot of space. Very kind people on the reception, will help you with any problem. Beds are soft, our apartments (room) had useful kitchen, and also you can drink tap water! The hotel has free cofee vending machine and some sweets - so won't die from hungry after the very late approach. Views are amazing, and also the hotel has all elevators in 10min range. So, my rate is 11/10
