Residence Villa Stella

We had a great stay at Residence Villa Stella. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and everything was clearly explained. Each morning, fresh bread rolls were left outside our door based on our selection, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the ski run (mountains kind of blocked by a big tree, but still a nice view). There were free snacks in the lobby and a coffee machine available at any time, which we really appreciated. Check-out was also simple and clearly explained. Overall, a clean, comfortable stay with thoughtful little extras.

Not a big issue for us, but if you get annoyed by simple things then the shower head in the bathroom might annoy you. It was positioned facing the shower screen, so you had to angle it carefully to avoid water spilling into the bathroom. Overall a bit fiddly, but nothing you couldn't work around.

Everything about Villa Stella is amazing as soon as you enter. The fragrance and the lovely welcome from Tiziana who is very helpful with information and generous with assistance. We have two young children, the family room was perfectly design and extremely functional. Easy access to town with basement garage for your car.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Stella in Ortisei. The building itself is absolutely beautiful, with a charming and well-maintained exterior that immediately sets the tone for a relaxing stay. Inside, everything was spotless, the level of cleanliness was truly impressive and made us feel very comfortable throughout our visit. The location is another standout feature. It’s perfectly situated in a premium spot, making it easy to explore Ortisei and the surrounding area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. A special mention goes to the lovely housekeeper (Lady Carmen), who was amazing. We stayed at Villa Stella for 8 nights for a ski trip. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from one of the main gondolas. We had access to a huge ski room with boot heaters. We booked the superior apartment with panoramic balcony and it was perfect. Everyone at the hotel was professional and very pleasant. The hotel is also walking distance to the beautiful village of Ortisei. We will certainly stay here when we come back.
