"Average guesthouse"

Kitchen, coffee, garden, wifi. Location is off center but you can get to the public beach by foot

Hot water was missing in shower.

"We left after the first night. Dirty, dusty, not comfortable,old, loud and far from centre. Avoid this place on all cost"

Nothing

It was very dirty and dusty, lot of spider webs. Bed was very small and not comfortable at all. No shampoo provided. Towels, sheets etc were very old (but at least clean). Very loud - they have a dog which does not stop barking until late night. We left after the first night and booked another place.

The place we stayed was very clean and opened up to a beautiful garden. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Our stay coincided with the Christmas season, and the property organized special events, inviting all guests to a Christmas dinner. The night was filled with delicious food and drinks, and we all had an incredibly enjoyable evening. Many thanks to Daisy and her family for their hospitality. If you're planning to visit Bacalar, I highly recommend staying at this wonderful place!

Lovely family run guest house! Great value, very peaceful. Nice common areas and lots of personal touches! Aircon was fab and hot shower :)

The hosts were super welcoming and the property was nice.

The location is a 10 minute walk to the center, which is a hot walk on a sun day. They do have bikes tho.
