Contractor friendly from 'TOBS Norwich'

Self contained apartment, bed, shower, microwave, toaster. Towels included as well as shower gel. Access is by its own front door, which is concealed from the street by a gate and a small courtyard. Tea and coffee provided. Key was in a lockbox. Brilliant place will be using them again.

No kettle but was told there should have been one after the stay when I was asked for feed back. It was being electrical tested.

The location was great and easy getting into the city centre and the folder that was left with all the information in was great the facilities were great there where plenty of places to eat and drink without having to go all the way into the city centre. Parking was easy at the property all in all a good experience with this property

The room was great, but it was very very hot in our room and even with the fan that had been placed in the room it was still very hot. I don’t know whether it’s a building itself or It had under the floor heating. While the toilet door was open there was a smell from the bathroom.like a sewage smell I can only say it was our room didn’t smell it in the common areas

Location

The confirmation email I deleted because I didn’t recognise the name. The first night was very noisy - doors slamming on the property unit 1.30am.

Close to work location and short walk to town area. Markets, chapel and parking which was not an additional fee. The kitchen was great bonus.
