If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property in advance. A fee of approximately EUR 80 applies if you are traveling with a pet. A vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival and there is a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival. The beds are made on arrival, with the exception of sofa beds. A cleaning kit and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included, but you will have to clean the dishes and the kitchen before your departure. Failure to do so may result in charges. Parking rates for the summer season 2025: EUR 32/car/weekGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Nice place but make sure you get your deposit back"

Good location, short walk to the gondola. Also boulangerie 5 mins walk and nice spa.

Unfortunately my stay has been overshadowed by the terrible time I have had getting my €400 deposit back. I was told on checkout this would be payed back to me ASAP but it was not sent. They emailed me telling me it had been transferred, but it never came and then they stopped replying. I ended up raising a dispute through my bank and several months later I now have some of the money, but they have taken away some claiming a tourist tax which was not mentioned before. For this reason I will never come back here again.

"Super séjour à Samoëns"

L'appartement était spacieux, confortable et parfaitement équipé. Nous étions tout proche des remontées mécaniques (moins de 5 minutes à pied) et le spa était top pour l'après-ski.

Les jacuzzi sont parfaits mais juste pas assez chauds
