The location directly ať the small bay/beach is sensational. Everything was very fine and clean.

Lovely little apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Lots of good walking around this area, with useful bus service.

As many reviews said, it would be good to have a few items like pepper, salt and oil in the cupboard. We stayed over Xmas time and would be good to be told in advance if any shops will be open. We did a big shop from the supermarket in the next town as no shops were open in Sant Elm (a bakery on a couple of mornings). Some bars/restaurants were open on all days.

The location was great ..beautiful sunsets from the beach below..and a very comfortable shared patio...with all the needs...! Our host was kind and answered our questions rapidly...thanks! We appreciated our stay...we understand why it is a family favourite destination

We stayed at Casa Maria and everything was perfect. Nice house with 3 small bedrooms. Location is perfect, right next to the ocean and in walking distance to the village. Communication with host was easy, as well as the check-in.

Perfect location on the edge of the village with a view over the bay from the balcony, direct access to the sea for easy swimming and snorkeling and across the road easy access to the national park and wonderful walks. the accommodation is very clean, spacious and simple with all the facilities we needed to cook. The village feels very laid back, we definitely hope to return!

I have stayed several times at this particular Puntblanc Residence & their customer services team is very friendly and helpful! The view is spectacular & the entry/exit to the water is very convenient. Sant Elm is a great village and I look forward to returning!

The apartment is very basic, with only basic amenities provided (soap, toilet paper) and no kitchen items provided at all. The beds aren't of great quality but if you come knowing this it's possible to plan ahead.

+ Good internet, heater in every room, 2 toilets, excellent communication with the staff, well equipped

The adjacent house terrace is actually public (I think it should be explicitly stated in the apartment offer/description).
